System Configuration 

System configuration can be offered at either a workspace or organisational level

This is effectively a discussion to look at the best ways that your business can achieve efficiency in process based on role assignments, permissions or structure 

£50 per hour

System Queries

General system queries can be handled in terms of advice provision but implementation must be carried out by local administrators

Level 1 Queries £2.50

Level 2 Queries £5

Commissions

Should initial discussions lead to structure and configuration having  to be put in place, the follow-on option of placing a commission to have this undertaken is a provision that can be accommodated

Fee would be dependant on complexity but Requirement Setting would be set at 50% of agreed cost and Progress Meetings would be free

Service Retainment

Services for General Queries or System Resolution can be retained for a four week period for a fee of £500.

This equates £25 for each working day, equivalent to 5 level 2 queries for each day

Form Creation

Form Creation can be carried out so that currently existing paper forms can be replicated into electronic format so that a two-way conversation (i.e. instruction and response) can be carried out online

Fee dependant on complexity but generally a  two-way form would start at £30
